Bobbi Beck is a carbon-neutral design and print studio creating sustainably made, luxury wallpaper without compromising on style or the planet. Based in Cornwall, their ethos places sustainability at the centre of everything they do – not just in the products they make, but in how they operate as a business. Their mission is to create beautiful designs in a way that contributes positively to the world environmentally, socially and economically. 

In 2024, Bobbi Beck emitted just 13 tonnes of carbon, all of which they offset through Gold Standard clean energy projects supported by Ecologi. They’re committed to transparency, taking genuine steps to reduce their footprint before offsetting what remains. They also plant a tree in a UK forest for every sale.

Meet the Maker

Working from a dedicated design and print studio in Cornwall, the Bobbi Beck team crafts every wallpaper collection in-house and packs each roll by hand. Their small, skilled team brings every design to life – pairing contemporary aesthetics with a thoughtful approach to production. Although proudly made in Britain, their wallpapers enhance homes and businesses worldwide, with all international deliveries shipped through DHL’s GoGreen programme.

People and Production

Bobbi Beck’s sustainability strategy is woven into their business model. Instead of holding large quantities of stock in energy-intensive warehouses, everything is made to order. This approach means they only produce what customers actually buy, drastically reducing waste and allowing them to operate from a much smaller, lower-impact space. Their studio and office are BREEAM certified and run on 100% renewable energy, resulting in a significantly smaller carbon footprint than traditional wallpaper manufacturers.

Materials

Many wallpapers on the market are made with toxic inks or PVC-heavy materials – but Bobbi Beck has gone to great lengths to source materials that are kinder to the planet. Their paper is sourced from certified sustainable forests, and the majority of their wallpapers are completely PVC-free. They print using non-toxic, environmentally friendly inks, and all ink cartridges are recycled after use.

Packaging

Bobbi Beck’s packaging is 100% plastic-free and fully recyclable, made entirely from paper and cardboard. They continually work to reduce the carbon footprint of their packaging supply chain.
