Returns and Exchanges
We hope you’re delighted with your purchase from Love to Home. We do our best to provide detailed information about our products so you can make confident choices and reduce unnecessary returns, which is less hassle for you and better for the environment. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be quite what you expected. If so, please follow the instructions below to return your order.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from receiving your order to make a return. Items should be unused and in the same condition in which they were received, with tags attached and, where possible, in their original packaging. Please note that our brands may refuse a refund if returned items are not in a satisfactory resale condition.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Due to their nature, personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible before sending anything back, and we’ll work with the supplier to sort things out as quickly as possible for you.
How do I return an item?
Love to Home is a marketplace featuring a variety of conscious brands. Since orders are fulfilled directly by the supplier, returns need to be sent back to the supplier, not to Love to Home.
To start a return, simply email us with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- The reason for the return
While the item is returned directly to the supplier, all communication goes through us, and we’ll provide your returns label.
You’ll receive full returns instructions, which may include a link to pay for your label or a pre-paid label if the brand offers free returns. In some cases, a small fee may be deducted from your refund to cover return postage – this will always be clearly communicated before your refund is processed.
Please ensure your item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit, and use the provided label. Any other labels on the packaging should be crossed out to ensure it reaches the correct address.
You can track your parcel using the tracking number provided, and we recommend keeping a copy of your proof of postage until your return has been completed. Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and processed by the brand.
Do you offer exchanges?
At the moment, we don’t offer direct exchanges, but we’re exploring this and hope to offer it in the future! For now, please request a refund and place a new order for the item(s) you’d like.
If you used a discount code on your original order, just let us know – we’ll be happy to apply the same discount to your new order as a gesture of goodwill.
What if an item is damaged or faulty?
While it’s very rare, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, you won’t be responsible for the return – the brand will cover it. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order, including details of the issue and clear photos of the damage. We’ll work directly with the brand to resolve the matter and make sure you’re taken care of.
