Delivery
At Love to Home, we work with a curated selection of conscious homeware brands – and because of that, we don’t hold any stock ourselves. When you place an order with us, it’s sent straight from the brand to your door.
We do this for a couple of reasons. First, it avoids unnecessary shipping and storage (no extra journeys to a warehouse), which helps keep emissions down. Second, it means we can focus on what we do best: discovering brilliant makers and bringing the very best homeware together in one place for you.
If your order includes items from more than one brand (you’ll always see the brand name just above each product), you’ll pay delivery for each one. Think of it just like buying directly from each brand’s own website – the cost works out the same.
Even though your items come from different makers, you’ll only ever need to deal with us. We look after all customer communication, so if you have any questions about your order, need help, or just want to check in, you can contact us here or email us at hello@lovetohome.co.uk.
Delivery destinations
At the moment, we deliver within the UK only. We do have plans to expand our delivery locations, and we’re working towards making this possible as soon as we can. Keep your eyes peeled – once we’re able to ship to more places, we’ll share an update here.
Delivery times
Most of the brands we work with aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 days after your purchase. Shipping usually takes around 3–5 business days, though it can sometimes be faster.
Please note that delivery times may be affected during busier periods or by factors beyond our control – such as postal strikes – and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these circumstances.
For bulkier items, furniture, or made-to-order items, dispatch and delivery may take longer than the standard timeframe. Any extended timelines will always be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a delivery confirmation with tracking information. You can use the tracking number in your dispatch email to check your order’s status and follow its journey at any time. This is the quickest way to see exactly where your parcel is and when it’s likely to arrive. If your order includes items from more than one brand, you’ll receive multiple dispatch emails – one for each brand.

Delivery costs
Each brand we work with sets its own delivery charges, and these are exactly the same as if you were ordering directly from their website – we never add extra fees. To see the precise shipping cost for your order, simply add items to your bag and proceed to checkout, where you’ll see the updated total. Many of our brands also offer free shipping on orders over a certain value.
Please note that larger items, such as furniture, usually have higher delivery costs compared to general homeware.
