How it works

Love to Home operates on a simple model. As a marketplace, we don’t hold stock ourselves – meaning fewer transport miles, lower costs, and a greener way of working.

We sell your products through Shopify Collective, which makes setup quick and seamless. Once you’ve enabled it on your end, we import your products directly into our store. From there, everything – stock levels, imagery, product details, and delivery pricing – syncs automatically.

When a customer places an order that includes your products, the order appears in your Shopify dashboard clearly marked as a Shopify Collective order. You simply fulfil and dispatch it as you normally would.

We handle all customer communication on your behalf, from order questions to aftercare. If a customer needs a refund or exchange, we’ll coordinate this with you so the process stays smooth for everyone.

In return for promoting, showcasing, and selling your products, we take a small commission on each sale, all managed through Shopify Collective – something we’re happy to discuss and agree together.

Who we’re looking to partner with

We’re looking to collaborate with premium homeware brands who truly embody conscious consumption. Whether you create furniture, home furnishings, lighting, accessories, gifts, home cleaning products, pieces for kids or pets, or thoughtful items for the garden, we want to hear from makers who care deeply about quality, craftsmanship, and impact.

We’re especially interested in vegan and cruelty-free brands. However, you don’t need to be 100% vegan to be considered – if you have a suitable ethical, animal-friendly collection, we’d still be keen to explore a partnership.

Above all, we’re seeking brands who share our core values. We have high standards and understand we won’t be the right platform for everyone. People

Do you ensure fair and safe working conditions across your supply chain? Are your makers paid a living wage? Are your factories audited or accredited? What systems do you have in place to support transparency and ethical production? Certifications such as B Corp or Fair Trade are big ticks for us.

Planet

Are you committed to sustainable, environmentally responsible production? This might include using natural or renewable materials (e.g. organic cotton, responsibly sourced wood), minimising waste, incorporating closed-loop processes, reducing emissions, or using renewable energy. We also look for thoughtful packaging choices – recycled, recyclable, plastic-free, or zero-waste where possible.

Animals

What is your stance on the use of animal-derived materials? Many people forget that wool, leather, feathers, and other materials have an ethical footprint. Vegan or cruelty-free accreditation is always welcomed.

Your brand will be showcased on a beautifully curated, design-led website where customer experience is at the heart of everything. You’ll have your own dedicated brand page – including brand badges, FAQs, and your story – as well as placement within curated collections. We’re intentionally selective about who we partner with, so you’ll be in excellent company.

With extensive homeware retail experience, we bring both technical expertise and content strategy to every brand. Lee specialises in high-converting Shopify stores, while Sophie drives organic traffic and builds brand trust through SEO-rich content. Together, we pair a strong organic strategy with an active social presence across Pinterest, Instagram, and beyond – helping your products reach a consistent, values-aligned audience.

Once Shopify Collective is set up on your end, you’re done. We take care of everything else – from importing products to presenting your brand beautifully, managing customer queries, and handling the full end-to-end experience. You simply fulfil your Shopify Collective orders as they come in.
