Trim the wick to 5mm before lighting
Allow the melt pool to reach the edges to prevent tunnelling, especially on the first burn
Limit burns to 4 hours at a time after the first use

Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep away from draughts, children, pets, and flammable materials
