Mirror, mirror, on the wall, who's the fairest of them all? Well, Habitat's 'Patsy' mirror, we reckon. This mirror (available in black and gold) is elegant, minimalist and a nod to mid-century style without getting totally Don Draper about it.
Habitat's Patsy Mirror
Mirrors are useful - not only for obvious reasons but because they help to improve a room. They boost natural light and help to make a room feel lighter and brighter overall, and they also add another layer of interest to a room depending on their size, style and shape.
But where would you put something like the Patsy mirror?
Well, I'd hang it in a living room, or perhaps a bedroom. It'd make a beautiful feature in a dining room (and soften the room if you've a rectangular dining table), and it would make an unexpected addition to a kitchen too. You could hang it in a hallway for an extra boost of brightness, and a bathroom would look incredible with a large mirror like this hung above the sink.
Ultimately, it's the kind of mirror you could hang anywhere. And, it's such a simple design that it would work in any style of home too. From a modernised 18th century cottage to a Scandi-inspired new build, the Patsy mirror is going to work if you'd like something that's both beautifully designed and practical too.
What Are People Saying About It?
A quick browse of the Patsy mirror's reviews will tell you all you need to know. It's earned a five star rating with comments including:
"I did a lot of research at other retailers and couldn't find anything to beat this for the price. The quality is excellent and it looks great".
"Amazing mirror, really brightens up the room as a statement piece, with its classic simplicity. Definitely harks back to the Habitat Terence Conran design days".
"I found this item and it was perfect! This proves you don't have to pay over the odds to get a great quality product".
So, it's one to consider if you're on the hunt for a new mirror. I was swayed after reading such good reviews, it has to be said...
What to Pair the Patsy Mirror With
Without labouring the point too much, you can pair the Patsy mirror with just about anything. That's because of it's minimalist design, simple shape and generous dimensions, so don't worry about doing anything too matchy-matchy with it. If anything, I'd pair it with furniture and accessories that jar a little - such as a low-slung sofa with straight lines, or a piece of ornate wooden furniture that's a whole lot more 'fussy' and intricate. I think it would look pretty great with any of the following...
Pssst...Habitat are offering up to 50% off some products
It's hard to resist Habitat's stylish homewares at the best of times, but just thought you'd want to know that Habitat are offering up to 50% off some of their products at the moment... Sadly, the Patsy mirror isn't in the sale, but judging from the number of people who love it, it's well worth paying full price for.
